Please read our below TERMS & CONDITIONS before using our website www.goodandcraft.com. In our terms & conditions, we are represented as (“we”, “us” or “our”). Usage/access of our website and all orders that you place on our website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and condition and signify your contract with Good & Craft. If you do not accept to these terms, please do not use the website.
PAYMENT METHOD
All products must be paid in full before we process your order. You may pay using Visa, Master Card, American Express and Paypal. You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used for a purchase at our website is yours. If the issuer of your payment card for any reason refuses to or does not authorise payment to us, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery. The prices on our website are all listed and invoiced in Pounds Sterling (GBP). If you are purchasing goods from outside the UK, the credit card charges and currency fluctuations may affect the amount billed. The total price set out in our system at the time of purchase, including delivery and other charges if any, will be displayed in the shopping basket prior to confirming your order. We reserve the right to change our prices from time to time and/or remove or edit any products, materials or content on our website at any time.
PRIVACY
The information you will provide on our website when placing an order, will only be used to process and ship your order. We are ensuring that your information is secure and we do not disclose details of our customers to any third party, except data that has to be shared with the carrier (FedEx, TNT, DHL, Royal Mail) to be able to deliver your order. Data we might collect to be able to process your order includes: Identity Data such are title, first name, and last name. Contact Data such as billing and delivery address, email address, and phone number (a phone number of the receiver is requested by the carrier e.g FedEx, TNT, DHL). Payments through our website are securely processed through 3rd party payment gateways, Stripe and Paypal. We do not store Financial Data from our customers or have access to your card details.

SAFETY & SECURITY
When your order is received we shall confirm by email your order details. Please note that this email is an acknowledgement of your order only and not an acceptance or confirmation of your order by Good & Craft. The acceptance of your order will take place on dispatch of the products and we shall send you a shipping confirmation unless we have notified you that we cancelled your order. It is our right to cancel your order for whatever reason or problem at any time at our sole discretion. Non-acceptance of an order by us may occur but is not limited to, if the ordered product is unavailable, we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment, if we identify an error in the pricing or product description, or if we consider the order to be fraudulent. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. In case your contract will be cancelled, you will be notified by email and your payment will be refunded. We are not obliged to give any additional compensation for disappointment, moral damage whatsoever suffered. In case of technical problems, we are not responsible for the compatibility of our website with your computer, mobile phone, electronic devices, software, or data signal connection.
WALLPAPER INSTALLATION
Please note that site conditions and levels of skill in application are beyond our control. It is in your responsibility to check if the wall is suitable for the installation of wallpaper. We strongly recommend that you hire a professional and experienced wallpaper installer to hang your wallpapers. When ordering custom-sized panels by square metre make sure that you give us the correct wall measurements. We will calculate the amount required based on the numbers you provided us with. We are not responsible for incorrect wall measurements. Be aware that wallpapers are printed in batches, which means each batch might have a very slight shift in colour. This will be noticeable if hung directly next to a different batch. Make sure that you order all the rolls you’ll need in one go. Ordering additional rolls at a later date may result in that batch being sold out. Read the installation instructions that come with your wallpaper carefully. Further advice about wallpaper installation can be found in our “Wallpaper Guide“ and in our FAQ. Only use the kind of wallpaper paste as written in our instructions, Do NOT use self-mix adhesives. The information given in our specifications or hanging advice, whether verbal or written is for guidance and is given in good faith but without warranty. We can not be held responsible for the hanging of your wallpaper or damage caused by paste. We will not refund any amount of money for labour spent or incurred in hanging our wallpapers. No claims will be accepted for goods hung in excess of one roll.
